photography
This course offers broad-based teaching in photography and includes professional, editorial, documentary and artistic applications. In addition, it encourages students to examine and integrate various fields related to photography, such as graphic design, film and interactive media.
The programme is divided between course lessons and the completion of personal projects. Lessons and projects deal with basic and advanced aspects of photography and also explore links with connected branches. Generally the emphasis is on students’ practical and creative skills.
The course aims to give students in-depth skills in
- professional, editorial, documentary and artistic photography
- the artistic direction of photography projects
- the artistic direction of visual communication projects
In all of the fields covered, the course enlists the services of many leading international contributors and gives its students an authentic experience of the reality of contemporary photography.
