Collaboration with Nestlé 2010

The aim of this workshop was to develop ideas for pralines for the Swiss brand Nestlé Gold. The students worked on specific chocolate shapes and packaging to create real arrangements.

Collaboration (2010) by Carla-Maria Baz, José Ferrufino

Among the proposals, the project by Lebanese student Carla Baz, "Gold Seal" presents the chocolates wrapped in a sealed envelope. This detail highlights each of the chocolates, making them all truly unique.

José Ferrufino's project, "Night Bloom", consists of pralines with almond paste flavour in a shape inspired by the floral world; the packaging opens like a flower, enabling the pieces of chocolate presented in the centre to be tasted.
