Ally is a font family composed of two versions: headline and text. It draws is roots in handwriting, which gives tense curves, tilted axes and contrasted stroke thicknesses. I also combines more geometric and flatter forms. This mix creates an atmosphere that is both rigid and strict, but also elegant and sharp. The text version is less contrasted to be more readable in current text. With its two versions Ally can be used to develop an editorial project – specially for magazines – and can take on various tones within the same visual language.
