ECAL has a strong commitment to exchange and diversity – conducive to nurturing creativity. This is expressed through its international faculty and experts, as well as the admission of students from all over the world. More than 40 nationalities are represented at ECAL.
In addition, the school is committed to academic mobility by encouraging students' experiences abroad. Reciprocally, the school welcomes exchange students from institutions all over the world. Under the ERASMUS exchange programme, ECAL has signed bilateral agreements with the institutions below. In America, Asia, and in the Middle East, student exchanges take place regularly with:
For the Mobilty Program (International Students), please use our platform called ‘Moveon’. Each applicant should create a profile, fill in the information and upload a CV (in French or English), a motivation letter, a portfolio of selected works and a recommendation/nomination letter (approval) of the international coordinator of your institution.
Often the number of applications exceeds the number of places available, so even if you have a letter of recommendation from your school, this does not guarantee acceptance. Selection is made on the basis of the material submitted only.
Please also note that in order to validate the 30 ECTS credits of the semester, you must follow all the courses (in French and sometimes in English).
